Yet again, Nintendo has placed Virtual Console games on hold in order to give us more new games. This week, it looks like they are trying to empty the library of back-logged games. For DSiWare, four new games/apps are coming — Divergent Shift (aka Reflection), 3D Mahjong, myNotebook: Carbon, and Just SING! National Anthems. With only a couple stand-outs (maybe an overstatement) these last few weeks, it is only speculation what Nintendo will bring to the downloadable circuit next week. Until then, check out ..read the full article
With a total of six games, two on WiiWare and four on DSiWare, it seems Nintendo has taken a break for the summer. Turn and Rhythm Core Alpha sound descent enough, but where are the big titles? Maybe they ..read the full article
With just a few weeks of summer left before kids rush back to school, it seems Nintendo has almost taken a break themselves. This week’s Nintendo Download, while eclectic, is also quite odd. For DSiWare, we get 4 games — Match Up!, BlayzBloo: Super Melee Action Battle Royale, Hints Hunter, and Petz Dogz Family. With eight new titles, one would think there could be excitement, especially following Nintendo’s impressive showing at E3. However, it looks like this week contains your basic releases, with nothing too exciting except Art Style: Rotozoa for WiiWare. Both Chaotic Conflicts and Puzzling Pages take a much different approach than many of Square’s previous games.
