It is the last Nintendo Download of February 2010, and Nintendo has been so nice as to give us 7 brand new titles for WiiWare and DSiWare. What a week for the download services on Nintendo consoles! Today, we get 10 titles.  On the WiiWare side, we’ve got 4 new titles — Blaster Master Overdrive, Tomena Sanner, Bloons, and Hubert the Teddy Bear Winter Games. On the handheld side, we get 5 new DSiWare games — Oscar in Movieland, Link’n'Launch, Fieldrunners, Sudoku4Pockets, and Extreme Hangman.  On the Wii Virtual Console, we get 1 classic NES game — Princess Tomato in the Salad Kingdom. Today, Nintendo packs out the DSiWare service with 5 new titles, WiiWare gets 3 new games, and the Wii Virtual Console lineup increases by 1.  It seems to be heavy on card games this week, as both WiiWare and DSiWare get 5 in 1 Solitaire. DSiWare also gets Downtown Texas Hold’em.  Along with that, we also get True Swing Golf Express, Legends of Exidia, and Move Your Brain Rollway Puzzle (which uses the DSi cameras for motion controls). With another 7 titles, Nintendo sure is pushing their download service, especially on the WiiWare and DSiWare side of things. As for Virtual Console, we still get only 1 game. On DSiWare, there will soon be 3 interesting new games for download — NUMBER BATTLE, AiRace: Tunnel, and Escapee: GO! Today, we get 7 games for the Nintendo Download service. On the Wii Virtual Console, we get the Sega Genesis version of the mahjong-like Shanghai II: Dragon’s Eye. Eleven downloadable games grace us this week, which almost sets the record. Of course, the anticipated sequel to Excitebike comes to WiiWare, but so does Frogger and Dragon Master Spell Caster. For the week of Halloween, Nintendo is pulling out some old favorites and adding some new goulish games for this week’s list of downloads.  For WiiWare, Ghost Mansion Party is a board-game-style reminiscent of Mario Party, including mini-games along the board that is spread through a haunted mansion.  The third chapter in the Monkey Island story also hits WiiWare.  On the Virtual Console front, we get the SNES version of Zombies Ate My Neighbors and the arcade version of Golden Axe.  On the handheld side, with DSiWare, we don’t really get the scary games…but we do get yet another Sudoku ..read the full article
